ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE MEANS CREATING MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS.
Change can be challenging. Budgetary cuts force organisations to adapt, emerging new trends lead to a different assessment of the organisation’s strategy, or personal changes have led to shifts in team composition. This is where things get in motion. Whether you choose to focus with me on leadership or followership, on developing teams, strategies, or on conflicts: every aspect of my work is aimed at fostering healthy relationships. Especially conflicts between people, teams, or organisations hold enormous energy that can be transformed and harvested to benefit the whole system. By using what is “here and now”, the space and the people in it, we can look at a team, a conflict or an organisation, sort things out and see new opportunities. This is more than thinking out of the box - this is unfolding the box and turning it into a paper plane!
